Our client is a Ecommerce platform that is gaining massive popularity in the country. To support their growth nationally and regionally, they are looking for a passionate individual to support their team!
As the company expands in the region, we are looking for a Country Head to lead a team in executing a GTM that is aligned to the company's business priorities. You will ensure that service rate is optimised through coordinating with cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for :
- Establishing long term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
- Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensuring that the Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organisational culture in line with the company's values.
- Managing the sales channels and distributors and ensure that they are updated with any changes in the policy and sales.
- Representing the Company with clients, investors and business partners.
- Managing the recruitment and training of the local team
- You have a Degree in Business or equivalent field and at least 6 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
- You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communication effectively with multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
