Job Description :

  • Define and develop collection strategies %26amp; actions for the following:

1) Delinquent accounts 2) High risk non delinquent accounts 3) Accounts that need remedial management 4) formulate settlement %26amp; restructuring plans Charged-off accounts for optimising recoveries,- Referral of accounts to external agencies
  • Develop, review and refine strategies for text, call dunning, field visit and collection digital
  • Responsible for collection treatment strategy
  • Continually test strategies to identify best cost-beneficial practice for each collection activity
  • Create, review and refine performance measurements, balanced score cards and incentive plans for all collections staff
  • Review collection queues management including treatment priority and recommend changes
  • Budget, forecast and monitor collections net sp costs for all consumer products

General Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in the consumer finances area
  • Strong knowledge of collections area
  • Strong ability to think analytical and strategically
  • Excellent communication skills
