The Opportunity
Responsible for the implementation of the DPLK & GS procedures for Money Out area, provide guidance on the development of systems and work processes, do evaluate the implementation of the work process• become more effective and efficient
What We are Looking for
  • Experienced talent with minimum 3 year working experiences in the Financial Industry .
  • Talent who are University graduates hold Bachelor degree.
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as communication skill

What are nice to have
  • Preferable has certification of AAAIJ and or CPLHI
  • Fluent in English both for oral and written

On the Job You Will
  • Responsible for the implementation of the procedures and work process in DPLK claim payment which are :
    • Withdrawal of contributions,
    • Rollover to other DPLK Provider
    • Pension Benefit
  • Responsible for the implementation of the procedures and work process in GS claim payment which are:
    • Withdrawal of contributions,
    • Maturity Benefit
    • Cash Fund Benefits
    • Death Benefit,
    • Cancellation Policy
  • Do control and supervision of processes and procedures under her/his responsibility and supervise of the lead parts in accordance with the standards service both for time and quality of service, so meet customer expectation
  • Conduct sustainable development for enhancement systems, processes and procedures so that the claims payment process in DPLK & GS can be executed efficiently and effectively, and can continue to meet satisfaction for both internal and external customers
  • Responsible for data confidentiality of customer and must maintain customer data in accordance with applicable regulations ​
