JOB TITLE: Trade Lifecycle Manager I (601)
LOCATION: Manila
DEPARTMENT: Reconciliations Unit
Main Duties and Responsibilities:-
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day to day MIS reporting and Automation for the reconciliations Function. The person will in the management of the business deliverables and the team. The role/ position would report to the VP of Bengaluru Operations.
Key Responsibilities would include:-
- Developing high impact analytics, visualizations and dashboards to support both senior and line management using BI tools like Tableau
- Designing and developing workflows using Alteryx to be utilized by the BI tools (Like Tableau or Power BI other visualization tools)
- Perform data analysis and present it to Management highlighting scope for improvement
- Prepare metrics decks for various stakeholder meetings
- Periodic monitoring of RAG threshold, and work with BAU team to revise where required
- Preparing SOP documents for Alteryx workflows and Tableau Builds
- Timely preparation and distribution of MIS
- Managing Stakeholder expectations and communicating with them regularly
- Understanding of Banking reconciliation operations (Good to have)
- Understanding of COGNOS and Apache Hadoop (Good to have)

Qualifications
