Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drives key programs and projects within Integrated Marketing
  • Owns the end-to-end process fulfilling servicing and marketing communications requests from the business
  • Develops long-term communications strategies supporting annual initiatives, product roadmaps and extended implementations
  • Produce clear and succinct written and verbal communications and knows how to structure and frame messages for different audiences
  • Ensures quality and timeliness of business results
  • Tracks pertinent inputs and outputs required for execution of a request
  • Acts as a Liaison with multiple stakeholder groups, including region senior leaders & segment business owners to deliver a cohesive client experience
  • Present to leadership on status reports and escalations to prevent negative impacts to the client experience
  • Contributes and provides support to leadership for larger projects
  • Proactively looks for ways to improve processes and procedures that enable nimble response for clients and drive efficient use of resources within prescribed controls and standards

Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated with 3 - 5 years of experience in the financial services market as well as expertise in Integrated Marketing, Operations, campaign/project management, and/or communication management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail combined with solid project management ability
  • Knowledgeable about leveraging various channels to amplify communications
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced, collaborative environment meet tight or evolving deadlines and prioritize accordingly
  • Energetic with a style that promotes best-in-class client experience and a culture of collaboration and teamwork, along with the ability to work independently to drive business results
  • A critical thinker with the ability to understand, dissect and analyze information and provide sustainable solutions is capable of challenging the norm and making recommendations
  • Ability to generate support from a wide-range of stakeholders and create a strong network of relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings with subject matter experts and leadership
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Marketo, Epsilon, Xceptor, or equivalent communications deployment platform experience preferred
  • Experience with Persado, Movable Ink, or other content optimization tools strongly preferred
