The Loan Servicing Manager III position is a mid-level management position. The candidate is responsible for providing leadership and managerial oversight for multiple teams of approximately 30 global FTE performing a variety of functions supporting money movement, in a fast-paced environment associated with various supported market segments. (i.e. CPC, WM, MMBSI, Real Estate Banking, Dealer Commercial Services, etc.)
General Responsibilities (include, not limited to):
  • Handles oversight and administrative functions for loan fundings and advances.
  • Involved in setting direction, policies, and guidelines for the team.
  • Establishes and implements risk control processes and operational business models.
  • Ensures loan documentation, loan closings, loan files, audits, and operational risks are managed and conducted consistent with various LOB and bank policies as well as government regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banking teams, credit teams, and key partners across the business and supporting functions
  • Oversee the timely distribution of accurate funds to clients
  • Guide staff to reconcile daily funding activity to account for all daily cash transactions
  • Responsible for team member development, talent management and succession planning.
  • Provides mentoring, training and assistance to new and existing employees
  • Assists in the creation and implementation of departmental procedures.
  • Conducts team and individual meetings with direct staff and two downs.
  • Prepares and facilitates performance review discussions.
  • Monitors sick/personal/vacation days of team members.
  • Sets team performance standards using key metrics and monitors the team's overall performance against goals set.
  • Handles performance issues within the team.
  • Recruits, interviews and recommends new hires.
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of all periodic High Value Business Entitlements (HBVE) background checks
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years in financial services or loan operations experience is required
  • 5 years of previous management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of ACBS and/or Loan IQ
  • Understanding of US Dollar and Foreign Currency Loans
  • Working knowledge of legal/credit documents.
  • Ability to interpret standard reports and forms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads while working within tight service levels.
  • Must have strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks
  • Ability to consistently maintain high team performance levels in stressful situations and high volume environment.
  • Proficient in resource management, organizational and/or operational change management, andconflict resolution
  • Ability to think out of the box and recommend solutions/ improvement.
