Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Create planograms to product display
- Ensure timely in store set up that is visually appropriate
- Identify planogram set issues and communicates effectively to Buying Division and Operational Team
- Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Develop strategies for product categories
- Developing strategies and monitoring inventory level for unsuccessful products
- Product range management
- Collaborate with buyers/merchandisers to expand product categories
- Make forecast for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory

Requirements

Requirements:

- Detail orientation, have ability to read and understand detailed planogram documentation and implement to company standards
- Ability to effectively team and interact with employess of all levels
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Strong communication, problem solving, time management, organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment are essential
- Willing to visit store and travelling
- Understanding consumer needs and retail environment
- Have a commercial mindset
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
