Get to know the Role:
Support the Head Of Brand in strategic planning and implementation of Brand campaigns and promotional events (Thematic & Tactical) for vertical Marketing team (GrabCar/GrabBike/GrabFood/GrabExpress/GrabFresh/OVO and increase the value and performance of Grab Indonesia. Managing the execution of each Brand campaign and activities to ensure flawless in brand presence and coordination. Responsible in achieving KPI and target set by Head Of Brand.
The day-to-day activities:
  • Supporting the Head Of Brand in strategic planning and implementation of Marketing campaign and promotional events for Grab products & services
  • Collaborating with Vertical marketing team : GrabCar/GrabBike/GrabFood/GrabExpress/GrabFresh/OVO, to translate the marketing objective into inspiring Creative brief for internal Creative team
  • Develop campaign strategy, and Managing end to end brand campaign initiatives to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Managing specific Marketing budget by timeline and activities
  • Analyse how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
  • Measure and report performance of specific marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues to drive action out of it.

  • Ensure adherence towards Vertical marketing team operating budget
  • Have positive attitude towards challenges
  • Develop good relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team

The must haves:
  • Bachelor degree with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
  • Comfortable with planning, executing and tracking marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital)
  • Min 4 years of relevant marketing experience in developing integrated marketing strategy and managing campaigns.
  • Have experience as a strategic Planner in an agency background
  • Exposure in digital marketing will be a plus
  • Have a good eye & taste on visual communication design
  • Goal and results oriented, and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for brand marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow the Grab community
  • Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all Branding materials and communications; and budget management for specific project
  • Ability to adapt to change easily, show flexibility, prioritization, with excellent time management skills
