Our client is an ecommerce startup that is taking the headache of merchandising, logistics and sourcing the best products from digitally native sellers in the beauty industry. With increasing demand from neighbouring countries, they are expanding their team and looking for passionate individuals to join them!

The Job

As a Campaign Manager you will partner with category managers and the management team to develop promotional plans to bring together integrated campaigns across channels, and provide tactical support to amplify campaign messages at defined moments in time throughout the year, tied to strategic events. You will be responsible for :
  • Managing strategy, development and all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, and asset management.
  • Ensuring projects are progressing, stakeholders are updated and engaged, risks are mitigated and appropriately escalated, and results are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creating schedules, estimate time, and track project completion requirements.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing regular feedback to the marketing and creative teams to establish project priorities and communicate milestones and deadlines.
  • Tracking and reporting on monthly campaign performance including key performance metrics and analyze the results of launched initiatives; based on these learnings, implement operational improvements that optimize our available resources.

The Profile
  • You possess a Degree from a top-tier institute and have at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • You have hands-on experience using data and metrics calculation tools like MS Excel to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, including but not limited to maintaining timelines, updating stakeholders, coordinating efforts, balancing short and long-term needs, and delivering results, would be highly preferred.
  • You have good knowledge of creative workflow within a marketing, production company, or digital creative department.
  • You have worked with Project Management software like Trello etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, business partners, and senior leadership.
  • Attention to detail, solid business acumen and strategic thinking are a must to deliver results in this role.
