Responsibilities

  • Responsible for E-commerce customer service/call center
  • Handling incoming customer service calls, emails, and chat
  • Processing orders, returns, and refunds
  • Tracking dropship orders to customers and verifies delivery
  • Preparing customer service reporting logs to improve customer experience


Requirements

  • Diploma Degree/Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proven experience min. 2 years as call center/customer service
  • Experience handling complaint
  • Strong knowledge in live chat software, email, CRM/Call Center software
  • Computer literate and have interest in administrative task
  • Willing to work in shift time schedule
