Looking for Business development Partners for a professional services business.
About AITEK:
AITEK is a Singapore based company incorporated in 2009 and been operating across multiple countries in Asia such as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, China, and Hong Kong.
• Identify and develop relationships with employers and effectively develop new accounts.
• Source new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Understand customer needs and business requirements
• Qualify Professional services sales opportunities and share qualified opportunities with delivery teams
• Submit qualified candidates and follow up with clients
• Close sales and achieve quotas (weekly, monthly & quarterly)
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
• Respond to all phone calls and messages within 24 hours and respond to all written communications (i.e., letters) within 3 days
