Looking for a Business development manager for 12 months contract.
* Identify and develop relationships with employers and effectively develop new accounts.
* Source new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails and networking. Conduct 75-90 marketing calls by phone per week to create job leads.
* Understand customer needs and business requirements
* Qualify staffing sales opportunities and share qualified opportunities with delivery teams
* Submit qualified candidates and follow up with clients
* Close sales and achieve quotas (weekly, monthly & quarterly)
* Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
* Respond to all phone calls and messages within 24 hours and respond to all written communications (i.e., letters) within 3 days.
