Get to know the role
  • Analyze, Validate requirements for Business processes or company policy.
  • Analyze the critical part of the business requirements to find the solutions.
  • Assist company alongside with BD Team in acquire new clients, deliver corporate products or services to existing ones, as well as responsible in maintaining fruitful relationship with existing corporate clients
  • Fully responsible for designing and delivering business development campaign, monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency, and work with agency and/or other related parties to ensure good Grab presence in the city

  • Analyze, Strategic, Leadership, Business Process, Budgeting and Planning
  • Develop of a strong pipeline of the BD projects, as well as plan, execute, monitor, and correct every action your respective city both for 4W and 2W related
  • Do all internal and external stakeholder management, included to visit, present, negotiate with Corporate Client and resolve potential problems
  • Maintain the operational standard of the projects in you have plan
  • Able to extract insights from data, trends, survey, and market intelligence
  • Make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
  • Manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost
  • Ability to record of accomplishment and spending on timely manner

  • Bachelor's degree / Postgraduate from leading university in any major with working experience at least 2-3 years
  • Excellent in Administration, Business Management, Macro Economic, data and analytical skills, partnerships, business development or corporate marketing is advantage
  • Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and people management skills
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (added value to have knowledge on other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking)
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
  • Skill in strategy, consultation and government affairs will be advantages
  • Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
  • Proactive, passionate in making a positive impact in emerging markets, and have high level of adaptability in fast moving working environment
  • Able to start by Sept/Oct 2021
