Job Description:

  • Develop communication direction and channel strategy to be deployed through the relevant channels (In-App, Social Media, Online & Offline marketing)

  • Lead a team of brand specialists in developing integrated marketing strategy and communication campaigns for business units (Digital, Mitra Tokopedia, Logistics, Toko Cabang, and COD)

  • Develop marketing communications strategies for product launches, new features, thematic promotions, and brand partnerships

  • Setting clear direction, insights, and target for each marketing campaign

  • Ensure all strategies match the campaign objectives and help the business unit to achieve business goals

  • Work closely with marketing, business, product, tech, and other relevant divisions to ensure smooth campaign execution

  • Review and monitor campaign performances and provide clear action plans to meet campaign objectives

  • Works with internal creative team and agency partners to manage the creation of all advertising materials

  • Analyze branding and material performance through KPIs and other metrics, and discover ways to improve performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field plus 4 years job-related experience in strategic marketing, brand development.

  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and communication principles

  • Advanced knowledge of strategic planning and execution

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Proficient skill with a personal computer and job-related software packages

  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and motivate teams.
