Our client is an ecommerce startup that is taking the headache of merchandising, logistics and sourcing the best products from digitally native sellers in the beauty industry. With increasing demand from neighbouring countries, they are expanding their team and looking for passionate individuals to join them!

The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for growing our organisation as well as:
  • Developing pipelines including partnering with different agencies to source candidates
  • Representing our brand to candidates and conducting first phone screens to gauge the culture fit.
  • Managing the interview process, negotiating offers, efficiently closing loop with candidates that did not make it through.
  • Designing the onboarding process to ensure candidates are well integrated into the firm.
  • Staying committed to meeting hiring targets.

The Profile
  • You possess a degree with a strong academic record.
  • You have at least 3 years experience, ideally in a third party retail (marketplace, ecommerce platform) environment or a recruitment firm.
  • You are highly analytical and capable of arriving at commercially viable terms that make sense for both parties.
  • You are able to creatively source candidates and have knowledge of different tools that can manage candidate pipelines.
  • You are extremely results-oriented and always achieve/exceed targets.
