Work you'll do
  • Implementation of complex various Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer IAM solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals.
  • Develops and documents environment topologies and standards.
  • Participate in customer escalations, defect evaluation and reproductions.
  • Analyze reported defects to identify their scope and cause.
  • Contribute bug fixes and supportability improvements to future product releases.
  • Work with fellow engineers, support, and product management to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist Team Manager with other Solution Architects to generate project Solution Outline.
  • Continues personal growth in the areas of IAM technology.
  • Communicate updates and backlog of requests with management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent especially for IT, IS, Engineering or Cyber Security major.
  • Fresh Graduate or 1 year working experience is preferred
  • GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Strong knowledge and passion in programming and full-stack development.
  • Understanding in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology.
  • Knowledge of LDAP and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is point plus.
  • Ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously and balance conflicting demands
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Good English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with other teams of various skill levels
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with technical creativity and communication skill
