Principle Duties & Responsibilities
  • To support the product Development team in the developing the product feasibility assessment, product term sheet, and to discuss and obtain signoff for product specs
  • To develop other collaterals required by regulation and obtain signoffs, including but not limited to Product summary and Policy Provision
  • To prepare for OJK submission and post submission tracking
  • To keeping abreast on competitors latest product initiative in the market and provide support in any other aspects during the development, implementation, marketing of the product
  • To support the Product Implementation team on the implementation aspects which involve capturing the business requirements for sales quotation tools, New Business & Alteration requirements and perform or follow up on relevant UAT (where needed)
  • To support the Product Implementation team on the planning aspects which involve the management of Product Calendar, preparation of Product Development Committee communication materials, consolidation of Product Implementation team materials
  • To support the Product Marketing team on developing marketing collaterals, including but not limited to training materials, sales pitch, and brochures
  • Keeping track and manage a proper documentation for all products including legacy products, existing products and upcoming products

Job Requirements
Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistic/Economics/Business/Computer Technology
  • Has an actuarial background or ever been working in product development area is more favorable

Experience
2-5 year experience in Insurance Industry but fresh graduate is also welcomed
Knowledge
  • Good in Excel, Power point, and Word
  • Insurance Product knowledge
