Work you'll do
  • Work in a project team
  • Prepare proposals / presentations materials and for pitching or prepare tender documents
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management
  • Balance multiple engagements and responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
  • Minimum 4-5 years experiences in corporate finance or M&A environment
  • Experience in developing a financial projection and indicative valuation (income approach and market approach)
  • Experience in developing comparable / benchmarking and WACC
  • Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective
  • Structured thinker with analytical and financial skills to work on complex financial transactions
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications
