Job Description
A. Purpose
Responsible for Agent sales and propose push and pull strategy to ensure Sales Target achieved and mapping of the working area of the Agent / Sub-Agent in his work area.

B.Main Responsibilities

1.Prepare annual plans in the department which include financial budgets, work programs, human resources, training plans, as well as facilities and infrastructure used as guidelines in carrying out departmental activities

4.Processing data from Sales Officers to become the basis of the program, Promo or Event that will be run.

6.Analyze the deviation of the Agent's achievement.
