Sells Oracle Construction and Engineering BusinessUnit’s products and services directly or via partners to a largenumber of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory..
Primaryjob duty is to sell Project collaboration, Project controls, DocumentManagement and Schedulingsoftware/solutions and related services toprospective and existing customers.
Managesales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, andplanning.
Developsolution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Participatein the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
Negotiatepricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and developstrategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Jobduties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Minimum of 8 yearsfield sales experiencepreferably selling to Construction %26amp; Engineering,Oil %26amp; Gas and Government %26amp; infrastructure projects in the ASEANregion preferably in Malaysia is required.
Highlydeveloped selling, customer relations and negotiation skills.
Successfulsales track record.
Industryknowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s CEGBU competitors.
Interaction with C levelplayers.
Teamplayer.
Abilityto penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Excellentwritten, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills.
SubmitForecasts and reports in a timely manner. Participate and contribute inteam meetings.
SomeTravel with in the Region is expected.

Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle%27s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed.
