Work you will do
As Analysts within the Human Capital (Organization Transformation) practice, you will be working alongside with some of the best and brightest people, on behalf of many of the world's most influential companies. You will be at the center of it all, configuring and customizing HR solutions for our clients, based on their requirements.
The Organization Transformation offering enables an organization to operate differently in support of their business strategy. Organization transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit or functional level, and leverages behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities and research insights to drive the change.
  • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses
  • Involve in discussions and work closely with Project Manager in developing recommendations for presentation to client management
  • Implement recommendations with project and client team members
  • Provide support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives
  • Support and/or facilitate client workshops
  • Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections

If you are someone with:
  • Strong academic performance in your undergraduate degree from any academic majors preferably Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of working of experience in a consulting firm or with change management exposure is an advantage
  • Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyses complex issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage
  • Candidates with experience in HR function processes, change management, organization design, talent management or leadership development are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
  • Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours environment and a sense of humour!
