The Opportunity
Playing a vital role in the development of agile organization of Manulife Indonesia. The role holder for this job will be responsible to Provides hands-on support and guidance across Agile teams to increase Agile knowledge & effective delivery.
What We are looking for
  • Talent with minimum Bachelor Degree holder in cumputer science, Information Technology or similar.
  • Experienced building up agile culture in organization and crafted proven tract in successful agile culture awareness
  • High level of knowledge of Agile principles & practices, with experience working in an Agile organization
  • Significant experience in facilitation & mentorship

What are nice to have
  • Experience works as developer
  • Experience works and knowledge in fullstack engineering
  • Experience in programming
  • Experience engage and provide full support to Change Management programs

On the Job you Will
  • Perfoming Agile Coach role. Which include team level scrum master, Agile practitioner, product owners and value stream leads
  • Performing role as agile trainer Which job may include process, practices, principles and values of agile
  • Being Part of Agile transformation team member, taking the accountability in collaboration and coordination agile projects dimension
  • Taking parts in Interactions & Hierarchy Collaboration across the Agile organization Interactions
