Manulife Indonesia Agency Strategy is responsible for leading the plan development of campaigns/initiatives and driving strategic recruitment agenda, as well as studying the latest market trends and business insights to support the development of Agency strategy work.

We are looking for someone with:
  • University degree (Actuarial qualification is preferred)
  • Have a solid understanding of Agency life insurance business (5-10 years experience)
  • Good with numbers and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking
  • Strong execution with high attention to details
  • Able to lead, communicate with and influence different teams effectively

Nice to Haves:
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:
1. Lead the plan development, design, costing and approval of tactical campaigns and initiatives,
aligning with Agency business strategy
2. Collaborate with different stakeholders in Agency and other relevant teams to roll out campaigns
and initiatives effectively
3. Perform post implementation analysis on campaign and program effectiveness, and provide
recommendations for improvements
4. Provide support to the development of Agency business strategy by evaluating industry trends,
studying market insights and collecting constructive feedback from Agency sales team
5. Drive strategic recruitment agenda targeting experienced industry leaders, professional bankers
and entrepreneurs
a. Build and update pipeline of strategic recruitment on a monthly basis, including interview,
negotiation and until onboarding process
b. Partner with and provide guidelines to Sales Heads and Territory Heads to deliver strategic
recruitment goals and ensure there are no impediments for them to successful onboard the
recruits as per the defined target segments
c. Partner with Head of Team building and Recruitment and Head of Recruitment selection, to
accelerate and select the right candidates who can deliver the numbers
d. Track closely performance of strategic recruitment against business case and the financing
recruits
e. Conduct separate review sessions with respective PIC and share best practices with each other
to optimize ROI
f. Review and endorse the strategic recruitment guidelines, policies and processes
