Job Description
Job Purpose
Provide Support for Agency and Agency Leader in Sales, Recruitment, Data and Supplies
Task and Responsibility
Sales Support :
  • Follow up pending case
  • Circulation email if there is an exception or extra premium
  • Circulation scrap all contest and conference
  • Circulation and updates the winners and conference
  • If no objection contest follow-up to relevant Dept
  • Circulation entire incoming email to the agency (POS reports, duplicate SP3, Maturing, replacement)
  • Circulation of the monthly report to the All-Leader (MTD and YTD Report)

Recruitment :
  • Screening ID & Circulation screening results to the Leader
  • Cross check the data complete a candidate agent
  • AMS
  • Submit complete data to the AOD and Follow up until the final
  • LMS & Info ITC schedule
  • Send a photo and proof of transfer to AAJI / AOD examinees AAJI
  • Info prospective agent who will test and exam sheet circulation AAJI
  • Info graduation AAJI
  • Follow-up agent code
  • Send no rek new agent
  • Info agent who will be expired AAIJ
  • List of CPD and info to his agent
  • Circulation AAJI card + certificate

Data Support :
  • Daily submission data report
  • Forecast Submission
  • Create recruitment activity report
  • Create lapse and circulation
  • Create Monthly Report
  • Create Material & Meeting District Manager
  • Agency KPI performance reporting
  • Training information circulation
  • General Policy Circulation
  • Mailing Circulation

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Good administration skill
  • Meticulous person, good eye for details
  • Good reporting skills
