Position Summary
The UPS Customer Service Representatives represent UPS in handling customer call in related with pick up request, UPS services, complaints / claims. 
Key Accountabilities
  • Ability to understand UPS services, product, system and procedure
  • Handling customer complaints / claims based on guideline and in timely manner
  • Identify and build customer concern / issues report 
Other Job requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work both as team as well as individual
  • Self-motivated
  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Willing to works under shift / rooster arrangement
Education and Work Experience
  • Diploma in any discipline or higher
  • Minimum 1 year related experience in customer service, preferably from Transportation, Logistics or Airlines Industry
