To generate new customer and manage existing customer in order to achieve sales target and increase company's revenue by doing sales and service excellence, visit new and potential customers, taking any action required to handle customer complaints, etc.
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
Minimum 2 years in job related experience
Have excellent knowledge and experience in small package/courier business
Able to work under pressure
Able to work individual as well as in a team
Good communication both in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
