You will be part of a translation team, working closely with all levels of staff from all departments. You will be responsible for delivering translations of the highest quality and accuracy on time. You will have the opportunity to act as Lead Translator for one or several accounts and to support the development of your translation team members.
·Translation of general and technical texts from Bahasa Indonesia into English.
·Review of work of other in-house and external translators.
·Understanding the processes and procedures.
·Producing quality translations within given deadlines.
·Using the translation tools.
·Proofreading of documents, if necessary.
·Acting as Lead translator to ensure a better communication and planning of the linguistic aspects of one or several accounts.
·Providing full translation and act as interpreter during all meetings
·Good communication skills - write, speak and present information effectively and communicate persuasively.
Skills and experience
·Degree in translation or any other relevant combination of training and experience.
·Experience of at least two years in the translation industry.
·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
