Job Description As SAP MDG system implementation project material master functional lead, your key responsibilities include: • Work with Client to understand their organization structure and process • Data / Configuration analysis on client current system • Recommendation for SAP best practice of material master data and corresponding process • Conduct workshops, Design blueprint, test & training Qualifications • SAP MM(Logistics) consultant experienced in Plantation or Refinery Industry. • Experienced in SAP MDG system is preferable. • At least 2 full life cycles SAP implementation and 5 years relevant industry experience • Strong configuration and design skills • Able to collaborate with clients/internal team with effective communication and interpersonal skills • Preferable local Jakarta resource who can speak Indonesia Bahasa. Location: Central Jakarta (90-100% travelling is required for non- Jakarta resource; 10% travelling is required for Jakarta resource)

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
