WHAT it's about: A newly created role that is part of the company’s aggressive expansion plan in the SEA region. The role will be based in Indonesia and will be directly reporting to the VP of Sales based in Singapore. The Indonesia Sales Director will be responsible for growing the programmatic revenue from Advertisers and Media agencies in Indonesia.
WHAT you'll need:
At least 6 years’ experience in Sales in Advertising Technology or Digital Media space
Extensive network of contacts across advertisers and agencies
Strong understanding of the online media and marketing technology
Extensive business network, solid references and excellent market reputation
Fluency and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
