As a highly innovative pharmaceutical company, they possess a robust product pipeline with highly anticipated product launches. They now seek a suitably qualified Regional Quality Director to be part of their dynamic and vibrant quality team in Singapore.
Apply global quality procedures at the regional level and identify additional quality procedures as required.
Facilitate the global quality standard gap assessment at the regional and country level.
Coordinate QMS implementation at the regional level with to reference to current GxP standards.
Lead the preparation and support of GMP / GDP inspections at regional offices by the Regulatory Authorities and partners.
Conduct GMP / GDP training to regional and country teams including processes, procedures, systems and regulations.
Provide support to regional level organization for internal and external audits and lead the audit as appropriate.
Minimum of 15 years professional experience in quality control and quality assurance role with suitable regional exposure, manufacturing site experience, and corporate quality management.
Prior work activity in pharmaceutical and medical device industries preferred.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
