Job Description
Skill(s) / Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Science
& Technology, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent. 

Required skill(s): 
  • Sourcing, Paper screening, Phone-Screening, Non Technical and Technical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, Job Matching, and Clerical/Admin 
  • Great English communication skills 
  • Comprehension skills. Intelligence in speaking with clients and candidates/applicants. There will be no scripts to be used. 
  • At least 6 months of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City 
  • Work Schedule: 7 am to 4 pm Manila Timezone 
5 Full-Time position(s) available. 

  • Properly discuss the job specification to both clients and qualified candidates 
  • Will gauge the candidates while doing interviews (Phone, Skype, or Face-Face Interview) 
  • Will input details of the candidates in the system 
  • Job Matching or Shortlisting of candidates 
  • Collate information, investigate and encode his/her evaluation of the candidate's application
