Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Design, Develop application-related projects or products.
Test production of the entire team within the company and with customers.
Bug fixes in the project or the company's products.
Prepare for the installation, documentation and maintenance of products developed.
May have to travel to get to work on client sites (Local / Overseas).
Requirements for this position
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Highschool degree (SMK) in Technical (Computer/IT)
Any gender, age and Indonesian Citizen.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): JEE / J2EE / JAVA
Programming experience as Full stack JS Programmer
Programming experience with MEAN Stack (e.g. MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS and Node.js)
Programming experience with Web Development (e.g.: BOOTSTRAP, HTML5, jQuery, dataTables, AJAX, JSP)\
Programming experience with UNIX / LINUX environment is a plus
Experience in Java is a plus
Programming experience with Web Service (e.g.: SOAP, REST, XML, LDAP) is a plus
Have experience with Versioning and revision control Software (e.g.: SVN, GIT) is a plus
Preferably Staff/Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Can work alone or work as a team
Able to read/write/speak English is a plus

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
