About the Country Manager (Indonesia),

• Managing and motivating the sales and support team to deliver high standards of solutions and consultancy

• Managing the P&L, capital expenditures and operating budgets of the Indonesian business

• Raise the company’s presence and growth in the local market

• Planning & executing the mid & long term marketing strategies in gaining market traction

• Building strategic partnerships and maintaining client relationships for business development initiatives

About You

Please note: Interested Applicants must be able to work in Indonesia.

• Experience of over 10 years in SI, IT or technology-related industry with 5 years in a managerial role

• Strong sales record in the IT space with a background in managing large corporate accounts

• Ability to take on and resolve unique challenges with a high sense of motivation

• A team player with leadership skills in motivating the team

• Accountability and responsibility in managing the business’ financials and marketing

• Communication skills to work with all levels of people

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT
