They are looking for a Business Head for two of their biggest brands. This role will be based in Jakarta. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of an omni channel business spread across a hundred stores across 16 cities. You will be the brand advocate, creating and implementing a strategy that will enhance and grow the business. You will oversee the daily operations of the business, have responsibility for profit and loss statements, and account for cost and revenue. You will negotiate and maintain brand principal and supplier relationships, and manage the end-to-end supply chain. You will have the Marketing & Communications, Retail Operations and Buying & Merchandising teams reporting into this role. Requirements: Multi-brand experience and having managed a large portfolio of international brands Extensive retail operations background and have at least 5 years of management experience in a similar capacity Must have overseas working experience A strong Buying and Merchandising background Understanding of the Indonesian culture will be a plus as the team is young and largely local. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
