Job Description
Job objective:

A technical & sales focused role with understanding and knowledge of card clothing products and in both sales and technical service

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and accounts penetration within as assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related technical services.

Sales
  • 100% customer focused role and ability to build strong customer relationships 
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities 
  • Secure orders from existing and prospective customers/dealers through the company’s sales processes 
  • Regular customer/dealer visits 
  • Expedite resolution of customers’ problems and complaints 
  • Support supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market segment 
  • Take ownership for the relationship between customers 
  • Analyze the assigned territory’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers’ value 
  • Monitor competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated 
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and services 
  • Create and maintain promotional materials and events 
  • Technical Service 
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements, making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs 
  • Provide solutions to optimize customers satisfaction by technical know-how 


Additional:
  • Provide assistance, guidance and information to support the members of other teams to achieve the company’s objectives 
  • Compliance with company rules and regulations within the department
