Requirements:
Business and/or corporate experience
Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
Native language must be English
American, Canadian or British citizens who are CURRENTLY LIVING in any country in Asia (We do not assist in processing visas for relocating)
Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: Turkish, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Italian.
Some college is required; degree is preferred.
Computer skills are a must.
Typing skills are necessary, including the ability to type accurately while on the telephone.
Multitasking is key.
Training/teaching experience is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
High-speed Internet access
PC or laptop with either Windows - Windows 8 with 4 GB of RAM or Mac - OSX El Capitan
Land-line or cable telephone (Cell/mobile phones are acceptable for the interview, but candidate must install land-line/cable phone if hired)

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
