Job Description
  • Work closely with Sales Manager, OEM/ Regional OEM Manager to understand ecosystem of each End-User account, focusing on driving conversion and growing/ exceeding account share growth of assigned account package through establishing account plan and strategy for the OEM growth initiatives.
  • Partner with DI/SI as well as leverage on Industry Experts to develop value selling proposition in conversion of targeted accounts.
  • Partner with End-User to strategize and execute OEM machine adoption of companys technology. Subsequently, qualify and follow up to close opportunities for the assigned accounts.
  • Diligently develop and maintain active and health opportunity funnel ensuring that it is at least 4 x value of assigned AOP. Ensure funnel status is updated on SAP.
  • Plan the Weekly Sales Calls (WSC) and conduct sales visits to targeted customers on regular basis to build visibility for the companys products or applications the customer key stakeholders. Review and update progression of these visits with the Sales Manager, OEM/ Regional OEM Manager on weekly basis.
  • Work with BUs and logistics to satisfy customers demand for machine build and maintain continuity of business.
  • Establish and maintain healthy relationship with stakeholders of the assignment account ecosystem (customer, DI, SI) by conducting meeting/visits on a periodic basis, keeping abreast of their business update/requirements as well as identifying new opportunity for conversion for the companys products, solutions and services.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager, OEM/ Regional OEM Manager as well as share information with internal stakeholders, as relevant.
  • Consult with Industry/ Product Managers and Customer Care on issues involving pricing, product specification, warranties and product applications, ensuring proper closure for each case in a timely manner.
  • Report and analyse business conversion levels against annual sales goals and provide the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and reviews to the Sales Manager, OEM/ Regional OEM Manager in a timely manner.
  • Be accountable for the completion of annual corporate requirements including and not limited to participation in audit, reporting, training, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/ employee activities, etc.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Sales Manager, OEM/ Regional OEM Manager, from time to time.
