Higher level Troubleshooting of Data and Voice Products and Network interfaces.
Addressing network issues on Routing, Switching and Configurations, which require specialist attention and quick fix.
Provide proactive recommendations to network administrators and TCS Management on link upgrades, downgrades, additions, deletions of link.
Define/ Redefine Quality of Service (QoS) policies on critical WAN links based on applications running and protocol wise utilization observed.
Provide support for Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) changes, configuration, installation and maintained by NOC.
Access Control List (ACL) configuration, maintenance and tracking on backbone routers.
Internet routing support and provide support on consolidated Internet links within TCS and for web hosting services
Data (MPLS/ IPLC/ Internet) & Voice (T1/E1/Toll Free) Circuit provisioning with the help of respective Service providers/ Onsite engineers/ Level-3 engineers.
IP Address Management Configure, Manage and Modify
Administration of Load balancers, content and caching engines
Diagnose hardware failures and coordinate with OEM Technical Help desk (TAC/ GNTS) for RCA
Perform RCAs for major failures and escalate to L3 team
Perform Installation activities of Network Devices
Managing configuration changes based on user request
Trouble Shooting major Hardware failures, Fixing the bugs using the right patches
Incident Management and suggesting changes as and when required
Performance/ Capacity Planning
Provide Bandwidth/ Network usage and trending reports
Managing Access and security controls to key network devices
Perform Firmware/IOS upgrade
Managing high level configuration changes on Voice Call Manager, unified messaging systems and IVR systems
Manage Contact center Agent Groups, Agent Profiles, campaigns and Call flows
Co-ordinate with Vendors in Hardware/Software Upgrade
