Job Description
We're seeking for high performing personnels who will be taking responsibilities to:
  • Manage, lead, and provide effective guidance to the IT team.
  • Create and inspire an open communication environment with the team.
  • Take charge in planning and organizing tasks to comply with the work schedule.
  • Delegate, manage, and provide a helping hand on assessing and solving problems and issues.
  • Hold accountable in reviewing and giving feedback on teams performance on a regular basis.
  • Discover training needs and demonstrate coaching for the team.
  • Take charge in maintaining product quality and provide technical consultancy of the product to other teams.
  • Provide the management team with progress feedbacks regularly.
  • Provide technical consultancy of product to other team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduated from a reputable university with Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or in other related fields.
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in designing business application.
  • Has solid experience in handling software development.
  • Has exceptional knowledge of computer usage and programming.
  • Has proven skills to write technical artifacts (whitepapers as well as designs).
  • Has exceptional business knowledge and analytic skill.
  • Has strong leadership skills to direct and control team members.
  • Has the ability to work efficiently under pressure and challenges.
