Responsible for the overall implementation of luxurious residential / township project in Indonesia.
As Owners representative to the Board, accountable for the successful completion of project within industry regulations, project timelines, quality standards, safety standards and budget.
General management responsibility for a real estate company with Profit/Loss accountability.
Build long-term stakeholder relationships and government relations; maintain good rapport and actively engage various stakeholders such as local authorities, JV partners, senior management, consultants, architects, contractors and suppliers/vendors.
Actively involved in the projects from conceptualisation, design, documentation and technical drawings, construction to smooth handover of completed units to buyers.
Ensure proper project controls which involve critically scrutinizing contract documents and drawings, securing necessary planning and technical approvals promptly.
Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with MBA.
At least 15 years of real estate development / project management experience, with exposure to luxurious high-rise residential, mixed-use developments or townships.
Proven track records in the entire project management cycle (from pre-conceptualisation, planning, execution to handover).
Experience in managing different stakeholders within the project and coordinating different phases of the project.
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in handling partners and government authorities.
Proactive, strong drive and result-oriented with excellent people management and team leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Can speak well in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
