PT Tropical Lodging is a construction company with its headquarters in southern Lombok. The company has been around for 24 years and has been active in mainly Bali and Lombok. The company has built everything from restaurants, luxury villas, resorts and apartments. As a total contractor, the company is responsible for everything from idea to finished project.
We are looking for a General Manager, who will lead the company to the next level. You will be responsible for setting up a new platform with the right structure and organization to handle the strong growth of the coming years. A large part of the portfolio and order stock is on the great Development of Tampah Hills on south Lombok.
The teamwork and employee development will be in focus. The company also aims to have its own craftsmen in addition to subcontractors in order to ensure that the same high quality is maintained at all stages of the construction process.
The work as General Manager means operational responsibility for the day-to-day operations where you will drive the company towards growth and increased profitability. You will have personal responsibility for the administrative staff with all that means. A great focus is on recruitment, introduction and development of employees.
We are looking for you who has years of experience in running a company under strong expansion. You are good at working in the entire process of construction projects, from a blank paper to completed projects. Good building technology skills are important for understanding the business, as well as having a university education or equivalent experience. You also have experience of working with international customers who make high demands. Fluent English in spoken and written is a requirement and good Indonesian is favored.
As a person, you are independent, organized, driving, positive and has a holistic view but does not lose the details. You have clear humanistic leadership in which the individual's personal development lies in focus.

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
