Job Description
• Describe all business processes and needs in CRS to support business process development requested by CRS business.
• Supports all Ad Hoc strategy activities in CRS by preparing proper documentation in every ad-hoc activity and participate in software deployment (production environment, post deployment support, help to detect and analyze production bugs)
• Prepare proper documentation and other supporting documents for every ad-hoc activity (e.g. Mass SMS, Piloting of changes, etc.)
• Manages development, testing and deployment of LCS, cooperate with other teams involved in software lifecycle process (CRS business, IT, application support team, testing team, development team, etc.) to ensure the LCS application is running properly and in timely manner.
• Communicate about the progress of tasks to relevant parties (requestors, reported person, business users, project managers, etc.)
