To pursue all prospective projects from feasibility and design stages through to tendering and construction.
To negotiate Sales contracts.
To manage sales and monitor delivery of all projects, including debt collection.
To prepare sales forecasts and budgets
To create marketing campaigns, brochures, case studies, web sites etc and to attend relevant industry conferences and exhibitions
Ideally of Degree in Civil Engineering, you have at least 10 years of working experience in the related field. Highly motivated and ready to work in a challenging environment, you will get part of an entrepreneurial project. Implication and results are the keys of your success within the group.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Experience in Civil Engineering sector
Excellent communication skills, to work with managers from other departments, as well with the company’s senior level management
Strong leadership skills
Strong Problem-solving skills, to identify problems immediately and solve them
Good Time management skills to meet deadlines
Willing to travel in Indonesia and South-East Asia
Preferable local language to handle the local market
