Responsible in developing and managing branch and organizational objectives in accordance with company policies and procedures to increase sales and profitability, customer and employee satisfaction and ensure efficient implementation of Branchs daily operation.
-Conduct SWOT analysis from time to time to assess local market conditions and formulate sales and business development strategies to achieve and maximize business growth.
-Update Branch monthly performance and business status to Headquarter by providing Quarterly Performance Review report, Yearly Business Plan and other relevant reports for Managements review, highlight on irregularities and suggest for better performance improvement.
-Analyse effectiveness of Branchs marketing strategies by using various data sources to recognize, evaluate and address key business issues and growth opportunities proactively.
-Responsible for staff management in planning and executing staff development by sharing information on effective practice to cultivate high performance culture and ensure long term operational excellence.
-Identify, develop and maintain good rapport with clients and agencies force to enhance sales, agent productivities and continuously develop new distribution channels to accomplish target and objectives set.
-Determine targeted market segment and identify markets for development to direct and participate in business acquisition and growth activities such as to set up bereavement care operations and formulate appropriate operational policies and procedures.
-Translate SOP to local languages, review and revise Branchs relevant SOP to ensure compliances with Group SOP and provide yearly SOP training to all Branchs staff.
-Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time and able to meet deadline and deliver desired results.
-Minimum 10 years senior position working experience in branch operations, business development and corporate planning.
-Possess working experience in several local and overseas listed companies; and managed large agency salesforce preferable in insurance or unit trust.
-Analytical in financial data, manpower planning, cost control and budget management.
-Excellent presentation and public relation skills.
-Strong team player with entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills.
-Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications, Internet tools and preferable proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
-Mobile and self-motivated to take up demanding challenges.
