Job Description
Job objective:

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within as assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.

Personally contacts and secures new business customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Established, develops, maintains and creates new business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business chances. 
  • Participate in operative planning preparation. 
  • Makes telephone calls and regular in-person visit and presentation to existing and prospective customers 
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. 
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. 
  • Coordinates sales effort with finance, logistics and technical supporter. 
  • Analyzes the territory’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization 
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services 
  • Maintain close contact with end-users, machinery agents, dealers for a strong market feedback 
  • Collection target setting and follow up progress, initiate steps to achieve targets, outstanding management, control of over dues. 
  • Identification of needles required by customers and handling of all customer inquiries (new needle etc.). 
  • Reporting include IVR, Sales report, ISP documentation and other sales administration. 


Additional:
  • Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a structured sales process ISP and as well relationship-based approach 
  • Expansion of market share 
  • Explains Groz-Beckert’s products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs 
  • Other sales administration related activities 
  • Compliance with company rules and regulations within department 
  • Ensure adherence to company’s safety and security guidelines / norms. 
  • Ensure good house keeping and cleanliness in the department and at work place 
  • Additional projects from GBKG 


Support from colleague during his/her absence
  • K sales and Internal sales
