Job Description
In this role you will:
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Assist in demand creation activities around IAS (Identity, Access & Security Management) revenue opportunities including customer visits, presentations and demonstrations that articulate Micro Focuss value in solving business problems 
  • Work with channel partners to drive licensing revenue. 
  • Be involved in all stages of the sales cycle from sales qualification to services delivery (if any) and to ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Work with presales team in understanding the product as well as client technical needs and concerns. 


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, 
  • At least 35 years relevant experience, preferable in technical sales 
  • Willing to learn and capable to learn quickly 
  • Good Knowledge skill in sizable scale of Security and infrastructure software management 
  • Strong public relationship, presentation skills and a good team player. 
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
