The Account Manager must have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills which will be used to build and maintain excellent relationships with the company's existing customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Shall be a single point of contact for selected existing customer accounts for the company and manage relationships with the senior executives up to the top managerial level
Create and be responsible for account plans, which shall be the basis of an annual sales target
Provide consultations for value-added solutions
Responsible for the relationship of each of the key accounts, ensuring a high quality, positive and mutually profitable business relationship between the customers and the company
Support all customer projects carried out by the company, serving as the link between the customer and the management and delivery teams at the company
Be responsible for the financial growth and health of each account
