Account Manager (Contract Management)

The Role: Account Manager The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all ICS Services to assigned customers from contracting through fulfillment: ensuring delivery of the services at the service levels contracted, owning / managing the total customer service relationship and managing/monitoring internal SRT key performance measures of assigned customer accounts (financial and operational). The Account Manager is responsible for developing and deploying the extended customer team against continuous improvement initiatives within the framework of the assigned customer relationships. These projects should drive financial and operational improvements for assigned customers as well as SR Technics. Main Tasks / Key activities Jointly develop comprehensive customer metrics package & operating rhythm Develop and maintain complete leadership & cross-functional customer engagement strategy Drive customer complaints investigation process across the organization Manage relevant contract amendments and ensure improvements are actioned Service Level Reporting And Management Standardize reporting on reliability and SR Technics performance across all ICS services in cooperation with RCC teams Ensure routine internal and external review of relevant account metrics Identify key contractual risks and escalate internally for resolution as required Identify key internal process/execution gaps for assigned contracts and escalate as required for timely resolution Account Level Performance Baseline historical contract performance and update forecast on an annual basis Provide input to business financial forecasting and measure variances on a monthly basis Identify key variances to forecast and drive operational/financial corrective actions as needed, on an ongoing basis Measure and improve relevant KPIs Continuous Improvement Communicate value delivered in contract savings or performance to customer Develop strategies to increase profitability and financial performance across contract Ensure a continuous focus on customer value throughout contract relationships Account Sales Renewal & Growth Drive account retention/renewal through effective leadership & engagement Generate leads for additional business volume & scope using SalesForce tools, and coordinate strategies with Sales team Skills and Qualifications: Education: Required Desired University Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) Engineering/Technical Business Administration Strongly Desired Languages: Required Desired English (Spoken & Written) Professional Experience 10+ years experience in aviation industry with in-depth knowledge of airline economics and strategy 5+ years in a professional / management role within the MRO industry with customer facing responsibilities Core competencies in business economics and prior experience in contract negotiation Expertise in relationship management and exposure to working under time pressure Experienced in coordinating solutions to technical matters relevant to an airline, and able to understand and explain issues to non-technical and technical minded Basic understanding of contract law and corporate finance audience Able to understand and explain financial / commercial impact of technical issues to non technical minded audience Management Experience Leadership management experience People management experience In-depth issue resolution and management experience
